Door het aanmeldingsformulier in te dienen, gaat u akkoord met het volgende:

AANMELDEN

1. De docent neemt contact met u op.

2. Uw gegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld volgens de Nederlandse privacywetgeving.

LESSEN

3. Lessen worden niet terugbetaald.

4. Wat betreft de lestijden kunt u kiezen uit wekelijkse lessen, of lessen om de twee weken.  Hier kan van afgeweken worden door de docent in verband met vakanties. Dit wordt tijdig gecommuniceerd.

5. Alle lessen kunnen worden verplaatst mits dit meer dan 48 uur van tevoren wordt gemeld. Bij minder dan 48 uur van tevoren kan de les niet worden verplaatst en telt deze als een gebruikte les.

6. Bij verhindering van de docent vervalt de geplande lestijd en kan deze opnieuw ingepland worden.

7. Lespakketten zijn een jaar geldig vanaf de respectievelijke factuurdatum.

8. Bij niet of niet tijdig nakomen van de betalingsverplichting, zijn alle gerechtelijke en buitengerechtelijke kosten, gemaakt met betrekking tot invordering van het verschuldigde lesgeld, voor rekening van de betalingsplichtige.

 

AANSPRAKELIJKHEID

9. De docent aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor kosten die u moet maken als gevolg van letsel, ongeval, diefstal of vernieling tijdens de lessen of aanwezigheid in het gebouw van Centre Céramique.

10. Wanneer materiaal dermate schade oploopt door uw gebruik, wordt de betalingsplichtige van het lesgeld aansprakelijk gesteld.

By submitting the application form you agree to the following:

SIGNING UP

1. You will be contacted by the teacher.

2. Your information will be held privately according to Dutch privacy laws.

LESSEN

3. Lessons are non-refundable.

4. With regard to lesson times, you can choose between weekly lessons or lessons every two weeks. The teacher may deviate from this schedule in connection with holidays/vacation. This will be communicated in good time.

5. All lessons can be rescheduled with more than 48h notice in advance. With less than 24h notice, the lesson cannot be rescheduled and will count as a lesson used.

6. If the teacher is unable to attend, the scheduled lesson time will be cancelled and can be rescheduled.

7. Lesson packages are valid for one year from the respective invoice date.

8. In the event of failure to meet the payment obligation or failure to do so on time, all judicial and extrajudicial costs incurred in connection with the collection of the tuition fees owed shall be borne by the party liable for payment.

LIABILITY
9. The teacher accepts no liability whatsoever for costs you may incur as a result of injury, accident, theft or damage during lessons or while present in the Centre Céramique building.
10. If equipment is damaged as a result of your use, the person responsible for paying the tuition fees will be held liable.
